- Private Mode conversations are processed but not stored on our servers after the session ends

- AI Features: To provide relevant AI Wellness Coach responses and personalized recommendations

- Communications: To send account-related emails (password reset, subscription updates). We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

- Downloaded sessions are stored locally on your device
04 Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate MindAI:
- OpenAI: For generating personalized meditation text and AI Wellness Coach responses. Your prompts are sent to OpenAI's API. OpenAI does not use API data for training.
- ElevenLabs: For text-to-speech synthesis of meditation audio. Text content is sent for voice generation.
- Analytics provider: For anonymous usage analytics to improve the app
- Payment processor: For subscription management (Apple In-App Purchase via the App Store). We do not store your payment details.
05 Your Rights
- Correction: You can update your profile information in the app

06 Children's Privacy
MindAI is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
