Welcome to MindAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MindAI mobile application for iOS ("App") operated by Future Soft Yazilim Anonim Sirketi ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using MindAI, you agree to these Terms.
Important: MindAI provides wellness and mindfulness content for general well-being purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
02 Account Registration
- You may need to create an account to access certain features
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
03 Subscription and Payments
- MindAI offers both free and premium subscription plans
- Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID via the App Store (In-App Purchase)
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > your Apple Account > Subscriptions on your device
- Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store / Apple Media Services refund policy
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice
04 Free Trial
- We may offer a free trial period for premium features
- At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled
- Each user is eligible for one free trial only
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription
05 Use of the App
You agree to use MindAI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems
- Use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
- Use automated tools to access or interact with the App
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any content from the App
06 AI Features
- MindAI includes AI-powered features such as the AI Wellness Coach and personalized meditation recommendations
- AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate or appropriate
- The AI Wellness Coach is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional
- Do not rely on AI features for medical, psychological, or emergency advice
- If you are in crisis, please contact emergency services or a crisis helpline in your area
07 Content and Intellectual Property
- All content in the App (meditations, sounds, artwork, text, and software) is owned by Future Soft Yazilim Anonim Sirketi or its licensors
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes
- You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any App content
- Downloaded content is for offline personal use only and remains subject to these Terms
08 User Content
- You retain ownership of content you create within the App (journal entries, mood data)
- By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content as needed to provide the service
- We do not share your personal content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy
09 Health Disclaimer
MindAI is designed for general wellness and mindfulness purposes. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical or mental health condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or heard in the App.
10 Limitation of Liability
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Future Soft Yazilim Anonim Sirketi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim
11 Termination
- You may stop using the App at any time
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms
- Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately

12 Apple-Specific Terms
- These Terms are between you and Future Soft Yazilim Anonim Sirketi only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple")
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
- In the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, regulatory, or intellectual property claims
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you
13 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Future Soft Yazilim Anonim Sirketi is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
